Tristone was a rock band from Los Angeles that formed in the mid-1990s. Their song "Dope" came out in 1999 and became their most recognizable track.
They released a self-titled debut album in 1997, which included songs like "Under the Influence" and "Fever." The band's lineup at that time included Chris Cornell on vocals, Rob Thomas on guitar, Jimmy Gnecco on bass, and Dave Abbruzzese on drums.
Tristone put out a few more albums after "Dope," including "Rise and Fall" in 2002 and "Blood Moon" in 2004. The band broke up in 2004.
