Forgetting how it used to be

Always ends in lost memories

Just think right back when you were young

Playing games and enjoying all the fun

In the garden with your favourite toy

Starts to rain and all your was spoilt

Do you remember playing hide and seek

And d'you rememebr that we were so weak

So when our tears flood back and you realise

That your time has flown by

Living out the best parts of your life

Trying not to cry

So why cant it be, like a photograpgh

The same as it used to with no one to hurt you

With one question whats wrong from right

And as time gets much older and your past gets much further Away from you than you'd like

Just kneel down and start to cry

Why cant we sit in baby swings

Having fun and laughing at everything

Being cared for every single day

Being fed by games like aeroplanes

I feel like time is on our side

Through the best and the worst that has gone by

Making stories and making up small lies

Was the way to keep our time alive

So when our tears flood back

And you realise that your time has flown by
