Archive material and source history

TV Noise was an electronic duo from Bristol, England, formed by Paul Wadey and Tim Keogh. They started releasing music in the late 1990s, with their debut EP featuring the track 'Feeling Of Falling' which included vocals from The Inner Kids. That early work established their sound with ambient textures and melancholic melodies.

Their 2003 album '1000 Years of Decay' continued in that vein, blending electronics with introspective lyrics. They followed it with 'Mirror' in 2005, which took a more experimental turn, and 'Methods for Emptiness' in 2009. Another track from their catalog, 'Raar,' shows the range of their electronic production.

In 2007, the band encountered legal issues related to unauthorized samples on their 'Mirror' album. The situation created complications that affected their work for a period. Despite that, they kept making music, with Wadey handling vocals and production while Keogh contributed instrumental work across synthesizers, guitars, and samplers.
