Twenty Fingers

Twenty Fingers came up in the early 2000s with a sound that mixed pop, rock, and dance. Their first single, also called "Twenty Fingers," got them some international attention. They put out four albums between 2004 and 2012, starting with a self-titled record that had "Let's Go" on it.

Their lineup included John Reid on vocals, Sam Carter on guitar, and Matt Taylor on bass. The 2006 album "Unleashed" leaned more toward rock, while 2009's "Origins" moved back toward pop. They wrapped things up with "The Final Chapter" in 2012.

In 2007, there was a lawsuit about a sample in their song "Fire in the Sky," which got settled out of court. They also had a reputation for being outspoken around 2010, though the specifics of that aren't detailed here.
