Twenty Twenty

Twenty Twenty is a British pop duo from Leeds. They released their debut single "Tell Me a Secret" in 2018, which became popular online. Their songs like "Third Time Lucky" and "Love To Life" have straightforward pop arrangements with some electronic touches.

Their first album came out in 2019 under the title "Only Dreamers Never Wake Up." The record showed them working with different sounds while keeping to themes about relationships and everyday uncertainty. Lewis Capaldi handles most of the singing and writing, while Tom Grennan plays guitar and adds harmonies.

Some listeners have noted that their music videos haven't featured much diversity. Both members have also talked publicly about dealing with anxiety and recovery periods, though they haven't made those experiences central to their music. They continue to put out songs like "Animal" and "25th Hour" that follow the same basic template as their earlier work.
