A São Paulo quartet that's kept the same lineup since forming in 2005.
For a sense of their sound, 'Lugar Melhor' from 2013 gives you the picture. 'Tente Mudar' and 'Eu' show the folk touches they bring to Brazilian popular music.
Their song 'Lugar Melhor' became particularly well-known in Brazil, and tracks like 'Eu' and 'Tente Mudar' show their approach to Brazilian popular music with rock and folk touches. They've worked with artists including Lulu Santos and Common, but the four original members have stayed together through all their recordings.
UELO formed in São Paulo in 2005 with Rodrigo Sanches on vocals, Fabio Balducci on guitar, Chico de Oliveira on bass, and Gabriel Guedes on drums. They released their self-titled debut album in 2007, followed by three more studio albums including 2020's 'Sempre em Frente'.
