Ultra DJ's were a Canadian electronic trio made up of Thomas Gold, Oliver Heldens, and Yves V. They came together in the late 1990s and put out their first single, 'Me & You,' in 2001.
That track did well enough to get them noticed, with its straightforward synth lines and steady beat finding an audience in clubs. They followed it up with 'Toca's Miracle' the next year, which leaned more toward progressive trance and ended up being even bigger.
There was some legal trouble in 2004 when Gold got hit with a copyright claim over a sample, which led to a lawsuit and settlement. The group kept touring heavily after that, but the existing record doesn't say much about what came next.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
