Ultra Q was a Danish electronic group formed in the early 2000s by Asger Baden, Jacob Høyer, Simon Pedersen, and Kristian Hoffmann. They released their self-titled debut album in 2007.
In 2008, the band put out the track "Gool," which became their most recognizable work. The song had a hypnotic quality with driving beats and ethereal textures that drew some comparisons to Kraftwerk and ambient music.
Their discography includes the albums "Gool" in 2008 and "Everything Is Real" in 2010. Another track of theirs, "Redwood," appears among their top songs alongside "Gool."
