They followed up with albums like "Disorder" in 2007 and "Earth to Ultraspank" in 2009. Their sound pulled from electro and house, but kept a raw edge. Tracks such as "Asphyxiate" and "Butter" showed their knack for blending dance rhythms with heavier guitar work.

In 2009, Amato had a serious heart attack that forced the band to delay touring. They kept going afterward, releasing "Utopia" in 2012. Their lyrics sometimes touched on themes that drew criticism, but they didn't really address it publicly.
