Unbelievable Truth formed in Los Angeles in the late 1990s with Matt Wells on vocals and guitar, Jared Lee on drums, and Chris Hall on bass. Their debut album 'A Name' came out in 2002, featuring the title track and songs like 'All This Time' and 'Angel.'

Jared Lee left the band in 2004, replaced by drummer Nate Thomas. They released albums including 'The Weight of the World' in 2005 and 'Ashes to Ashes' in 2008. Chris Hall departed in 2010, with Brian Easdale taking over on bass.

Matt Wells left in 2015 to work on solo material. The band continued with new vocalist Sam Taylor, putting out 'Unbreakable' in 2012. Their catalog includes tracks such as 'In The Beginning,' 'Dune Sea,' and 'Almost Here.'
