Underminded formed in Northern England in the late 1990s, a group of musicians drawn together by heavy music. They spent their early years playing shows and trying to get noticed. Their debut album came out in 2004, titled 'A Coroner's Faith Through Cupid's Arrow,' which included the track of the same name.
That album brought them more attention, but also some criticism. People argued about their lyrics and stage presence. They kept making records anyway, putting out albums like 'The Scars that Define Us' in 2007, 'In the Shadow of the Raven' in 2010, and 'Redemption Through Bloodshed' in 2013.
Their songs include 'Wrong of Way,' 'Pablo Escobar's Secret Stash,' 'Break The Silence,' and 'Bring On The Flood.' Over time, their sound incorporated different elements, and their lyrics shifted toward more personal themes.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
