Ungfila formed in Nashville in 2015 with David Nevin on vocals, Corey Burdick on bass, Jake Jones on guitar, and Eddie Martinez on drums. They released their debut single "All Because of You" in 2017, which got some radio play and helped them build an audience.
Their first album was also called All Because of You, followed by Forever Yours in 2019 and Unbreakable in 2022. Other songs in their catalog include "All My Life," "Alt til deg," and "Det er deg som jeg elsker."
In 2020, the band dealt with some plagiarism allegations related to a track on their second album. They addressed it directly and kept working.
