United Louvor formed in Brazil with a lineup that included Eliane Silva, Wagner Silva, Daniel Silva, Moises Silvestre, Cris Leite, and Rogerio Linhares. They put out their first album in 2005, simply called 'United Louvor,' and followed it with records like 'Deus é Deus' in 2007 and 'A Tua Presença' in 2010.
Their song 'Medley' became widely used in churches and worship settings. Another track, 'Mais Que Vencedor,' appears among their most recognized work. The group's approach mixed traditional gospel with more contemporary sounds, which didn't always sit well with some listeners.
They kept releasing music through the 2010s, with albums like 'Louve ao Senhor' in 2013 and 'Somos Um' in 2016. The lineup changed over time, with some original members leaving and others joining.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
