Usagi Drop formed in Osaka in 2013 as a quartet. Their debut single "High High High" came out in 2015 and got them some attention. The band included Ayumi Iizuka on vocals, Asuka Kitamura on guitar, Yui Nakanishi on bass, and Mayu Nakatsuka on drums.
In 2017, Iizuka left the group for health reasons. The remaining members brought in Chiharu Sawada as the new vocalist. They kept releasing music, including another song called "Sweet Drops."
They put out a few albums like "Prologue," "Across the Universe," and "Wonderland." The lineup change didn't stop them from working, though some fans missed the original sound.
