Valentino is a Colombian band formed around lead vocalist and songwriter Valentín Murillo, with Sebastián Moreno on guitar, Julián Salazar on bass, and Alejandro Rodas on drums. They first gained attention with their 2015 single 'Cosas Pendientes,' a ballad that established their sound. Their music tends toward emotional themes, often dealing with love and longing over acoustic guitar arrangements and Murillo's direct vocal delivery.

They followed that initial success with albums like 'Déjame Volver' in 2017 and 'Historia de Dos' in 2019, continuing to work in a ballad-driven style. In 2018, they faced a copyright infringement lawsuit related to 'Déjame Volver,' which was settled out of court. Their 2022 album 'Ahora' showed some development in their approach while maintaining the core elements listeners had come to expect from songs like 'De 0 a 100.'
