Vaso Quebrado formed in São Paulo in the mid-1980s with bassist André X, drummer Celo, and vocalist/guitarist Zé Rodrix. Their first album came out in 1988, but it was the following year's "Dupla Honra" that brought them wider attention.
They put out a few more records in the early 1990s, including "Novos Rumos" and "Preto e Branco," before releasing what appears to have been their final album, "O Último Gole," in 1995. Another track of theirs, "No cume do monte," is also among their better-known songs.
