Archive material and source history
The Hungarian brothers Vastag Tamás and Vastag Csaba started playing music together as teenagers, forming a band called Vastag Boys. They grew up in Zalaegerszeg, where their father played accordion. In 2005, producer Friderikusz Sándor helped them release their debut album, which included the song 'Őrizd Az Álmod'.
That album reached the top of the Hungarian charts. In 2008, Csaba took a break from the band due to a medical condition, and Tamás performed solo for a time. They reunited in 2011 and put out another album called 'Túl a határon'.
