I passed god on the way to his first appointment today

I've never really seen him around

But he speaks in the local way

I've often wondered where he goes to sleep after a long hard day

He's never really leaving the town

So he must be fond of it

Though he's hardly seen among the streets

He mainly travels coach or limousine

I lured him with carnal fleshy treats
