Vermelio is a Brazilian rock quartet that formed with Ramon Costa on vocals, Rafael Liporoni on guitar, Marcelo Alves on bass, and Fernando Giovanetti on drums. They put out their debut EP 'O Começo do Fim' in 2015, which got attention for its raw sound and lyrics that didn't pull punches. The title track from that EP seemed to connect with listeners who recognized its themes of self-doubt.
Their first full album came in 2017, titled 'Eu Contra Eu Mesmo' after one of their songs. That track in particular became something of an anthem for certain listeners.
They've released more albums since then, including 'O Silêncio Quebra a Voz' in 2019 and 'O Caminho' in 2022. Other songs in their catalog include 'Zoom Infinito,' 'Atravessando a Ponte,' 'Cidade Sem Luz,' and 'Columbus.'
