Vertice formed in São Paulo in 2002 with Felipe Barba on vocals, Marcelo Sanchez on guitar, Renato Martins on bass, and Daniel Rezende on drums. They released their self-titled debut album the following year.
Their 2005 single "Alem da Amizade" became their breakout hit, appearing on that year's album "Um Novo Começo." Other songs like "A Cada Dia" and "Labirinto" followed in their catalog. The band's drummer Daniel Rezende left in 2008, leading to lineup changes.
Vertice put out several more albums including "Infinito" in 2007 and "Destino" in 2009, followed by a live recording in 2013.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
