Víctor Arbelo came up in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, where he started writing songs early on. His 2010 single 'Mi Condición' became his breakthrough track, pulling together rock, folk, and some of the traditional sounds from the islands.
He followed that with albums like 'El Mar También es Cielo' in 2014 and 'Desnudando el Alma' in 2018. Other songs like 'Qué Más Da' and 'Si Me Lo Pidieras' kept things moving along in a similar vein.
On stage, he usually plays with a small band that includes Ayoze Rodríguez on guitar and Verónica Martín on keyboards. The live shows tend to be pretty direct and close-up, without much production between him and the room.
