In 1994, he wrote "É Copa É Brasil" for the FIFA World Cup, a song that became a national soccer anthem. He also recorded tracks like "Esferas" and "Trânsito Pesado."
He released albums including "Melodias de Amor" in 2000 and "Sentimentos" in 2005. His band has included guitarist Rodrigo Campello, bassist Luciano Maia, and drummer Marcus Vinícius. In 2012, there were plagiarism claims about "É Copa É Brasil," but they were dismissed.
