Virtual Riot

Virtual Riot is the electronic music project of German producer Valentin Brunn. He first gained attention around 2014 with aggressive dubstep tracks, then reached a wider audience in 2017 with the track "Idols." His sound has shifted over time, moving from those early bass-heavy productions toward more melodic and experimental work.

In 2019 he released his debut album "Simulation," which showed a more introspective side. A year later, his collaboration with vocalist Leah Culver on "Remedy" introduced a noticeably softer element to his music. Other tracks like "One" and "Still Kids" reflect this turn toward more accessible, vocal-driven electronic production.

Brunn has been open about dealing with mental health challenges, and that personal dimension has resonated with some listeners. He works primarily as a solo artist but regularly collaborates with other producers and vocalists. His discography now covers a range of styles within electronic music, from dubstep and trap to more atmospheric pieces.
