Vítor Hugo is a Brazilian musician who released his debut album 'O Céu Sobre Mim' in 2005. His song 'Horizontes' became particularly well-known, along with other tracks like 'Quem Bebe Vive Menos' and 'Por acaso'.
He worked with musicians including Marcelo Jeneci on guitar and Thiago Arruda on bass. Later albums included 'Sol de Inverno' in 2010 and 'Sobreviver' in 2016.
At one point, there were accusations of plagiarism regarding 'Horizontes', which he defended against. His music draws from Brazilian traditions while incorporating folk and pop elements.
