VittorB started in Salvador, Brazil around 2016, originally called Vittor & Biu. The group came together through friends Victor Santos and Biu. They put out their first album in 2017, simply titled "VittorB."
Their music pulls from pagode, Axé, and funk carioca. Songs like "Deixa o Som Te Levar" and "Cara Perfeito" show their upbeat, rhythmic approach. In 2019 they released a second album called "VittorB 2."
At one point, around 2018, there was some talk about whether "Deixa o Som Te Levar" borrowed too much from other material. Their lineup settled with Victor Santos on vocals and percussion, Luiz Eduardo (Biu) on vocals and keys, Igor Trindade on percussion, and Júnior on drums.
