Who are you?

Greetings fellow human I’m your guide

Me to the furthest expanses of space and time

(You were right)

You said this day would come

I said to bite your tongue

Hold that word in your lungs

(Hold it tight)

A figure to play God

Holding my hand yet not

Leading me forth to rot

But I’m delirious, I’m delirious

Because they’re claiming us. Yet we just watch and smile

This is serious, this is serious

Are you delirious? Where is your inner child?

With all my decomposing. I find a peace within my closing

I’m addicted to this fantasy

My inner child is waiting, it’s begging for more

I don’t like your views on territory

If you want it, you take it, and claim it as yours

Everybody thinks so differently

The judgement, the lying, and there’s always more

I’ll stay here in my fantasy

With the magic and wonder. Through the clouds I soar

I'll play the victim to no one

I feel the knowledge, shame and wisdom

Breaking through my child’s mind

I feel less hopeful, imagination’s waning
