Voluttà

Voluttà came together in Lisbon around 2015, though the people in the band have kept their names out of it. They started playing live in the city, working on a sound built around atmospheric synths and vocals. Their early single 'A Noite' gave a good sense of what they were after.

In 2018 they put out a debut album called 'Nocturne'. They followed it with 'Elysium' in 2020 and 'Reverie' in 2022. Their songs, like 'A Sorte' and 'Blecaute', tend to sit in that space between goth moods and synth textures, sometimes drifting toward trip-hop or ambient sounds. They've never been the type to explain themselves much, which has become part of their story.
