A London trio that formed in 2014 and has released three albums since 2018.
For a sense of their range, 'Demons' and their cover of 'Ain't No Sunshine' are good places to start. Both show how they handle rock with a bit of heft and texture.
They've kept working through a 2017 legal dispute over their music rights, which isn't something every young band weathers. Their sound leans toward rock but picks up metal and electronic touches along the way. You can hear that mix on a track like 'Western Front' from their catalog.
Danny Smith, Luke Jones, and Chris Lee started in London in 2014. Their debut single '75 And 17' arrived the next year, followed by EPs and then a self-titled album in 2018. They've since put out 'No Permanent Address' in 2020 and 'Abysswalker' in 2022.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
