In die erste Schüssel Zucker, 280 Gramm,
und Zuckerrübensirup (wenn wir so was ham)',davon nehm' ich 40 Gramm und mixe geschwind,
so lang bis keine Klümpchen mehr vorhanden sind.
Dazu 200 Gramm weiche Margarine
und 2 frische Eier, dann die selbe Schiene:
wieder alles gut verrühr'n denn das ist der Schlüssel zum Erfolg,

und jetzt brauch ich noch ne Schüssel.
400 Gramm Mehl, jweils ein Teelöffel Natron
und ein Vanillepulver ungesüßt ich glaub das war's schon,
ach nee nen alten Teelöffel Salz jetzt fällt's mir ein
das ganze gut vermischt in die erste Schüssel rein.
Und noch mal rühr'n doch nur kurz, denn es wär' schade wenn die Kekse zäh würden, jetzt ist die Schokolade 300 Gramm in kleinen Stücken unter den Teig zu heben,
den Teig in einen luftdichten Behälter geben.

Den Teig 24 Stunden in den Kühlschrank stell'n,
dann ham' die Kekse Biss und wer Biss hat muss nicht bell'n.
Jetzt mach ich mir nen netten Tag und ne schöne Nacht
und morgen wird das Werk vollbracht.
Den Backofen heizen auf 180 Grad,
das Backpapier aufs Blech, dann mach ich den Teig parat,
in 50 kleinen Kugeln aufs Backblech drauf,
Abstand halten denn die Dinger gehen auf.
Dann auf der mittleren Schiene ne viertel Stunde backen,
Zeit genug zum spül'n und um die Schüsseln wegzupacken.
Ofen aus, Klappe auf, das Schönste was es gibt,
die Sekunde der Vollendung, die jeder Künstler liebt.
Und habe ich mal Pech und seh' ein paar verbrannte,
bin ich ein braver Neffe und schicke sie der Tante.
Die guten Kekse soll mein Schatz probier'n,
