WOLFF formed in 2010 in Lüdenscheid, Germany, with vocalist Johannes Spring, guitarists Andreas Litterscheid and Manuel Hünninghaus, and drummer Markus Hammer. They released their debut album 'Wolffpack' in 2015, which included the single 'Hey Now.'
That song became their breakthrough track, with its straightforward rock energy finding an audience. After that, they put out several more albums including 'Wolffpack II' in 2017 and 'Wolff III: The Last Stand' in 2019.
In 2017, guitarist Manuel Hünninghaus left the band following misconduct allegations. The current lineup includes Spring, Litterscheid, drummer Markus Hammer, and bassist Tobias Richter.
