X-Wild formed in the early 1990s with vocalist Dee Snider, guitarist Marc Ferrari, bassist Shane Embury, and drummer Tim "Ripper" Owens. They released their debut album "Children Of The Underground" in 1995, which included the title track that became one of their most recognizable songs.
Their music carried a heavy metal sound with tracks like "Heads Held High," "Born For War," and "Braveheart" appearing in their catalog. They followed their debut with albums like "Stain the Skin" in 1998, "Nocturnal" in 2002, and "Life Is Pain" in 2006.
X-Wild developed a following in underground metal circles. Their work includes songs such as "Field Of Blackbirds," "Souls Of Sin," "Bodies," and "Chaos Ends."
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
