Xand is a Brazilian rock band that started in Porto Alegre in 2008, led by vocalist and guitarist Xandão. Their debut album 'Nosso Xand' came out in 2011 and included the song 'Tchau Tchau Satanás,' which got attention across Brazil.
They've put out albums like '100 Anos de Rock' in 2016 and 'Luz do Mundo' in 2020. The band's lineup includes Alexandre Pissardini on drums, Márcio Gusmão on bass, and Pedro Mann on keyboards. Some of their songs include 'Glorifico ao Senhor,' 'Juli,' and 'Bolhas de Sabão.'
In 2014, there was some criticism about the band's involvement in a political campaign. They've worked with other artists like Brazilian singer Ana Carolina and the American band Alter Bridge.
