The flickering of incandescence
Twitching in beat with my swollen eyelids
Violent skies painted black and red
The trodden earth of viscid pitch
Feels hot against my blistered feet
With every step I vitrify the sand
Disjointed barks carried on the callous winds
Like mists of dust that corrode away your senses
Broken on a landscape of angular constructions
Washed in black rain that falls like hail
Eyes, so many blinking eyes
Staring down from the darkness at me
Cries, such spine-chilling cries
Their distorted screams cry out in fear
Why? Why can I not escape?
Why? Why must I exist at all?
Why? Why am I consumed by this nightmare?
Why? Why must I be forever trapped in shadow...
I can feel them scratching
Inside my burning flesh
Crawling silently beneath my broken skin
Forever multiplying...
Erupting in climax from tumescent sores
A multitude of excresent boils
Black blood flows from my every pore
They are unleashed...

Forever echoing inside my pulsating skull
The strident frequency of terror
Dark matter vibrations corrupt my mind
Manifested abhorrence
Repugnance constructed in glistening metal
Cold black steel warping like flesh about a skeleton of thorns
Ejecting caustic bile from its many mouths
And there it sits
Devouring all it sees
As it pulls me into its gaping maw
It's futile to resist
Coiled in its many limbs
It has me and always will...
