Xk is a Brazilian pop-punk band that formed in São Paulo in 2008. The original lineup included Vitor Ximenes on vocals and guitar, Rodrigo Ximenes on bass, and Caio Ximenes on drums. They released their debut album 'Ponto de Partida' in 2011, which contained the song 'Casamento.'
'Casamento' became a hit in Brazil, though its lyrics about a troubled marriage drew criticism from some conservative groups.
Vitor Ximenes left the band in 2018 to work on solo material. Rodrigo and Caio continued as a duo, and they've kept releasing music since then, including the track 'FRANK SINATRA DO ANTARES.'
