Yan Martins formed in São Paulo in the mid-1990s with vocalist and guitarist Yan Martins, bassist Fernando, and drummer André. Their debut album 'Golpe Baixo' came out in 1999, and the title track became a hit in Brazil.
The band released albums 'Futuro' in 2001 and 'Tudo Vai Dar Certo' in 2003. They announced their dissolution in 2005.
Yan Martins reunited in 2019 for a series of concerts.
