Yander Luis y Yohanis are a Cuban duo who formed around 2005 after meeting at a local music festival. They built their sound playing in bars and clubs, working within the Cuban son tradition. Their song "Son Descaras" came out in 2010 and became their most recognizable track.
The duo released albums like their self-titled debut in 2012, "Revolución Sonera" in 2015, and "RaĆces de mi Tierra" in 2019. Yander Luis handles vocals and guitar, while Yohanis plays bass.
