They released several mixtapes including "Revenge" in 2017 and "? (Question Mark)" and "Skins" in 2018. The track "Been Thru" became particularly well-known, connecting with listeners who recognized its themes of hardship.
In June 2018, Onfroy was killed in a drive-by shooting. After that, the remaining members pursued solo work and briefly reunited in 2019 to put out the single "Bad Vibes Forever."
