Yoe

Yoe was a European musical group formed by vocalist Youri Lehing, bassist Tom Circulado, and guitarist Thibeau Derien. They worked with electronic textures and soulful vocals, creating a sound that drew from electronica and trip-hop.

In 2001, they released the single "Angelique," which became their most recognizable track. The song's ethereal quality and haunting melody connected with listeners across Europe and beyond.

After "Angelique," the group faced some criticism about their sound and questions about their creative process. They continued making music for a time, though their later work never quite reached the same level of attention as that early single.
