Young Love formed in Los Angeles in the late 2000s with Jessica Clavin on vocals. Their 2012 song 'Black Boots' became a notable track for them, appearing on their album 'Heaven's Gate' that same year. They followed it with 'Independent City' in 2014.
Other songs in their catalog include 'Discotech', 'Find A New Way', and 'Close Your Eyes'. The band's lineup included Chris Cain on guitar, Brian Rivera on bass, and Mark Caughlin on drums.
They released an EP in 2009 and another called 'The Holiday EP' in 2010. In 2017, they put out a 10th anniversary edition of 'Black Boots'.
