Yousa is a Japanese rock band that formed in 2018. Their music tends toward melancholic rock ballads, with their song "Hoshi To Kimi Ga Kieta Hi" becoming particularly well-known.
In 2019, the band faced plagiarism allegations that were eventually dismissed. They've released four studio albums: "Akatsuki" in 2018, "Aozora" in 2019, "Haru" in 2020, and "Natsu" in 2021.
Their later work has incorporated some pop and electronic elements while keeping that melancholic quality that characterized their earlier material.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
