They took inspiration from traditional forró artists like Luiz Gonzaga and Dominguinhos.
Their song "Forró 3x4" became a standout track, though in 2015 they faced accusations of plagiarizing its melody. Those claims were eventually dismissed. The band has released albums including their self-titled debut in 1999, "Forró 3x4" in 2009, and "Baião Nordestino" in 2021.
