YUHI is a Japanese band formed by vocalist Mitsuki, guitarist Sho, bassist Kento, and drummer Kensuke. They released their debut single "YUHI" in 2016, which became their breakthrough track. That same year, they put out their first album, "Twilight."
In 2017, the band faced plagiarism allegations regarding their song "YUHI," though these were later dismissed. They followed up with albums "Celestial" in 2018 and "Infinity" in 2021. Their fans are sometimes called "YUhists."
Their music tends toward emotive melodies and introspective lyrics, with Mitsuki's vocals often described as ethereal. Sho handles guitar work, Kento plays bass, and Kensuke is on drums.
