Yuman is the stage name of Italian singer-songwriter Yuri Manfredi, born in Rome in 1985. He first gained attention in 2002 after appearing on the talent show 'Amici di Maria De Filippi.' His debut album 'Quota 65' came out in 2004, featuring the single 'Tu mi dai' that became a hit in Italy.
In 2013, Yuman released 'Mille Notti,' a ballad about unrequited love that became his most recognizable song. He's also known for tracks like 'Ora e Qui.' His discography includes albums such as 'L'amore che non c'รจ' (2007), 'Atlantico' (2009), and 'Ti amo anche se non so chi sei' (2011).
Yuman's career has faced some public difficulties. In 2008, he was accused of plagiarizing the melody of 'Tu mi dai,' and in 2010 he was arrested for cocaine possession. After taking time away from music, he returned in 2015 with the album 'Eterno,' followed by 'Luce e buio' in 2018 and 'Terra' in 2020.
