In 2001, after some reported difficulties with a previous label, she established her own independent label called Nexus. Her band has included composer Nobuo Uematsu and guitarist Kenichiro Oishi at various points.
Her discography includes albums like "Sora" from 1998 and "Kaleidoscope" from 2011. She has also recorded a version of the song as "Tikyuugi."
