Yun Ddan Ddan

Yun Ddan Ddan is a South Korean band led by vocalist and guitarist Lee Hayi, with Choi Sunho on guitar, Choi Jinho on bass, and Kim Kyungmin on drums. Their sound pulls from indie rock and folk, leaning toward the introspective side of things. They first appeared with an EP called "Young."

A song called "In the End" became their breakout track, a ballad that connected with listeners and got some attention on the charts. Other songs like "Me Trying, You No Telling" and "In My Room" show their tendency toward personal, room-scale reflection. They built a following that calls itself the Dandelion Family.

Hayi has been open about dealing with mental health challenges, and the band went through a member departure at one point. They kept making music through that, staying active with releases and performances. Their work doesn't shout; it stays in that space between indie rock and folk, where the details are quieter and the songs tend to look inward.
