Yunior Leyba is a Dominican singer-songwriter from Santiago de los Caballeros. He started performing in local clubs before releasing his debut album 'Entre Tú y Yo' in 2000. That album included 'La Madre Que Me Quiere,' a song about a mother's love that became his breakthrough track.
His music blends traditional Dominican rhythms with pop elements. He's released several albums including 'Mi Bendición' in 2004, 'Para Siempre' in 2006, and 'De Regreso a Casa' in 2011. Another notable song is 'Si Dios Te Dice Que Si.'
In 2018, he released 'Que Viva la Mujer,' a song about women's empowerment. He's been involved with social causes including domestic violence awareness and human rights advocacy.
