Yuuri is a Japanese band that formed in Tokyo in 2019. The group includes vocalist and songwriter Haru Nemuri, guitarist Mishio Ogawa, drummer Riko Higuchi, and bassist Chiaki Sato. Their debut EP, also called 'Dry Flower,' came out in 2020.
That title track 'Dry Flower' became their breakout song, gaining attention both in Japan and internationally. Other songs like 'Betelgeuse' and 'Kakurenbo' show their range, moving between atmospheric ballads and more structured indie rock.
They followed up with the full-length album 'Haru Nemuri' in 2021 and the EP 'Yami no Kanata' in 2022. Their music has been used in anime series, which helped introduce their sound to wider audiences.
