ZäHC formed with four members: vocalist Leon Draven, guitarist Aidan Blackwood, bassist Malachi Graves, and drummer Ethan Walker. Their music often drew accusations of satanism due to its macabre imagery and lyrical themes, but they leaned into that outsider status rather than backing away from it.

Their song "All Bu$hits" became something of a rebellion anthem, challenging authority and hypocrisy. Other tracks like "Apenas o Ódio" and "Zumbificação Em Massa" continued in that confrontational vein. Their concerts sometimes descended into chaos with moshing and rioting, which led to bans from several venues.

They released albums including "Shadows of Depravity," "Acts of Blasphemy," and "The Devil's Advocate." Their raw sound influenced other metal bands, and they collaborated with artists like rapper Necro and industrial band Einstürzende Neubauten. Leon Draven's cryptic lyrics explored darkness and alienation, while Aidan Blackwood crafted the atmospheric guitar work that defined their sound.
