Zane & Thiago formed their duo in 2000. Their debut album 'Um Chupão No Pescoço' came out in 2004, with the title track becoming a national hit. The album's cover art, showing a woman with a hickey on her neck, drew some criticism for being too provocative.
They've released other albums like 'Do Nosso Jeito' in 2007, 'Identidade' in 2009, and 'Tudo Que Importa' in 2013. Their songs include 'Vê Se Volta Pra Mim' and 'Tardes Assim'. They've worked with Brazilian artists including Ivete Sangalo, Carlinhos Brown, and Claudia Leitte.
Zane handles lead vocals and guitar, while Thiago plays percussion and provides backing vocals. Their music pulls from samba, funk, pop, and rock.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
