Zebra 3 formed in Mexico City in 2008, a trio of musicians named Mauricio, Beto, and Diego. Their debut album that same year included the song 'Esa Voz,' which got regular radio play and became a track people knew. They put out a few more albums over the next decade, like 'Horizonte' in 2010 and 'Eclipse' in 2012.
Their music had a pop and rock feel with Latin rhythms. Songs like 'Bar de La Esquina' and 'Escándalo' show that side of their work. In 2012, a music video for a song called 'Sexy Dancer' caused some public disagreement with conservative groups, which brought them a different kind of attention for a while.
They kept making music through that period, releasing 'Resiliencia' in 2015 and 'Somos' in 2018. Other songs from their catalog include 'Lobo de Mar,' 'Luces Y Aviones,' and 'Si Alguna Vez.'
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
